Shipping & Deliveries
Our products that do not mention “Transport price on request”, are sent via CTT Express, by EMS19 service to Portugal (after shipping, delivery happens on the next business day after 7:00 pm).
For other countries, the products are sent via CTT and the delivery time depends on the destination country.
For products that mention “Transport price on request” the shipping estimate and delivery time are calculated immediately and the information will be available after consultation.
Stay informed
Right after placing the order by credit or debit card, you will receive an order confirmation email to confirm your order details.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification by email with the details of the shipping company, tracking information and the selected delivery time. If ordering as a gift, you must provide your email address and not the recipient’s email address.
Please ensure that the email address entered with the order is correct and that the email has not gone to the spam folder.
You can track your order using the code sent, 24 hours a day
Changes to your order
Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has been shipped, it may not be possible to change the delivery address.
If you have not yet received your shipping notification email, you can change your details via email info@be-on-sport.com
Deliveries not made
Delivery by shipping company:: If you are not at home when they try to deliver your order, the shipping company will leave a notice. You can contact the shipping company directly to schedule a new delivery during office hours on a suitable date and even change the delivery address.
If your order exceeds the delivery date scheduled in the email sent, please contact us at info@be-on-sport.com. We will do our best with the shipping company to ensure that your order is delivered as quickly as possible.
